Advanced Course

This course is intended for those who have completed the beginners course and are ready to move into more complex cheesemaking.

This course will focus on how to make pressed hard cheeses such as cheddar, Jarlsberg or Parmesan.

This course runs over 6 hours. During this time, you will make a hard cheese of your choice. At the end of the course, you will leave the cheese with us, where it will be cared for and matured in our purpose built cheese maturation facilities until it is ready for you to collect and eat.

This course costs $190.00 per person.

A maximum of 3 people can attend at one time.

You will be required to bring the required amount and type of milk required to make the cheese you have selected and food for lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
