This course is intended for people who have never made cheese. It introduces the basics to give you a solid grounding in both the physical and chemical changes taking place when you make cheese.
The course runs over 6 hours. During this time you will make 2 cheeses, Paneer and Halloumi. At the end of the course, you will take home two delicious cheeses to show off to your family and friends.
An alternative option for the beginners course is to make only some Feta cheese. Feta takes 6 hours to make, which is why you can only make this one cheese if you choose this option.
This course costs $170.00 per person.
A maximum of 3 people can attend at one time.
You will be required to bring the required amount and type of milk required to make the selected cheeses and food for lunch. Tea and coffee will be provided.
