Curd Nerd Home Cheesemaking offers a range of courses to teach you the long lost art of making cheese at home.
There are three courses available.
- Beginners Course.
- The beginners course is perfect for someone new to making cheese and will set the foundations for further learning.
- Intermediate Course.
- The intermediate course build on what is learned in the beginners course and shows how to make mould ripened cheeses.
- Advanced Course.
- The advanced course completed the final piece of the puzzle and teaches how to make pressed hard cheeses such as Cheddar, Jarlsberg or Parmesan.
